Terms and conditions included withbooking form

Deposit  with booking of 20% of rental, balance payable 8 weeks prior to holiday. We accept  BAC's, Cheque or PayPal ( transaction fee applies to PayPay). Please specify how you would like to pay when you send us your booking form 

Refundable £20 per adult security bond payable with balance, refund made within 7days of the end of your stay

Bookings are Saturday-Saturday unless otherwise agreed

Bookings are normaly accepted from families, mixed sex groups over the age of 23 and couples.

We do not accept Pets

Bookings are subject to availability which we will confirm to you ASAP
