The Atlantic Highway (A39) is just about 10 minutes away giving easy access to some of the best parts of Cornwall. Alternatively for walkers the South West Coast path can be reached quickly by car .Close by is Watergate bay with Jamie Olivers famous Fifteen Resturant and  Mawgan Porth rated by the Times as number 6 of the 20 best beaches in Europe

 
This character property is a comfortable home, not compromise accommodation created just for the holiday market. The lounge/diner for example measures about 23'X 15’. With a private garden and BBQ for the summer and open fire in the winter it is the ideal all year round retreat

The sleeping accommodation consists of one double bedroom plus two twin rooms and a good quality double pull out sofa bed

The property has ample space to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. Additionally a cot, highchair and stair gate can be provided on request at no extra charge. There is a main bathroom with shower/bath WC and basin plus a second WC on the first floor

 Bed linen, and  electricity is provided.  A complimentary Starter log pack for the open fire is available during winter months

There is an adjacent private lockable garage to keep your surfboards, bikes, walking boots or other equipment secure
